Im clicking on the pokeball on the right side of Celestial Woods but nothing happens?

Thanks! Also I have the same issue in the second part of Pleaid Pass. The pokeball after the first stairs on the left.
I beat the main story and got the “True Enemy Achievement”. It said to go to Kazmon SA and then I went to Otherness Sanctuary where I battled Giratina. My character got replaced with Adam and I replayed the final battles and boss and got the “True Enemy Achievement” again. My game also says to go back to Kazmon SA but theres nothing there. Is this a glitch or is it suppose to happen?
