After downloading the zip fine and extracting it, i still cant find a way to play? All the files are just sitting there and i cant find any way to play the game or even start it. Tried asking on other sites and no solid answer. Can someone help with this>

Why am I given a male Salandit to be traded from any grass type pokemon from the old lady in Lily City when I should get a female one instead so that I can get Salazzle!? WHY!? Can’t I soft reset for a female Salandit!?
I haven’t seen Meditite anywhere on the routes I traveled so far or in the PBS folder. where can I find one to trade for a Swablu?
